22nd State Bank has been evolving for over 100 years.  Of course, that makes sense: this last century has seen a remarkable amount of change, no place more than America’s 22nd state — Alabama.

Our people have responded to these changes time and time again.  Our continued success, however, is a product of the way we’ve stayed the same.  We care about relationships. We care about individuals. We cannot grow without the kind of consistency that builds trust and safety within the community.  And we wouldn’t want to.

Our policy is one of consistent adaptation — not to trends but to our customers and our communities. Everyone is different, so we make products and services to fit everyone’s needs. Our decisions are kept local and our service personal.  That will always be the case.
